It's actually not a bad idea to do this since you can buy a used plane shell and its pretty much half the cost of buying and building out a full sized home if your one person or two you can totally do this and it works especially when space isn't your friend I guarantee that this wouldn't work within a HOA those kinds of people are like nope we can't have a house that doesn't look like a house your creativity isn't allowed here.
