This is why I love watching Enes' house tours! He don't just showcase the house and call it a wrap. No! He show us every little details and EXPLAIN it! I know that I have said this before but I'm in love with this home. Anyone who had a part to play in bringing this home to life was genius. So many details to talk about. The concrete an steal walls, the living walls that are absolutely gorgeous. The bar with the walnut an L E D lighting, pool area, staircase taking you down to the first floor, the skylight an chandelier at the staircase an I forgot to mention the courtyard an bamboo 21. It goes to say I could go on an on about how spectacular this home is but I think you get the idea. I will end saying it would be a dream to own an live in the calm an comforts of this one of a kind home.

Honestly there’s not a lot of homes at this price point that I really like because they seem to waste a bunch of space on things that I never see myself using or the large space just seems unmanageable, but I really love this home. The intent is there and the design is beautiful without being overwhelming. The features and location really make the home seem like it’s worth it. Love the vids as always.

I find myself making excuses to entertain people. If I imagine the lifestyle of the wealth that this home's owner wields, it actually gets easier, trying to picture guests working on big budget projects or even something as simple as family gatherings or even a mini-convention for niche hobbies. I agree, tho, about too much space getting wasted and it seems almost like a full time job making sure that everything gets used, lol. Imagine now that this is only ONE of some billionaire's collection of houses and it only has a living person walking through every few weeks most of the year, and that's the cleaning crew.

The green walls are great, and they give the courtyard and entertainment area a different feel. You get the ocean tranquility upstairs, and then the greenery tranquility downstairs. I also like how they have the entertainment area and the living area on different floors. Smart move. It's a very beautiful home overall.

Well made video guys. The house has an amazing finish - but no way does it justify the price of 17M. To get the ocean view, you’re peaking over other people’s rooftops, watching smoke from their barbecues and hearing their music. The pool is not an ‘infinity’ pool - infinity means there’s a seamless view from the pool to the ocean. This pool is next to a road. All the best spaces are underground and could be anywhere. Plus it’s only four bedrooms. So disappointing for such a high price.
