That drive south down pch where the coastline opens up and you can see those houses perched on top of the cliffs is one of my fav stretches of roads, love it. $60m I’m not so sure... no garden or and limited privacy...the baby bowling alley would be ripped out immediately. Amazing views though. Love OC.

Yep, worth every penny for the location alone. Love the house too! Exterior has a Frank Lloyd Wright feel to it. And the use of wood in the interior is great- like the ceilings and window casings. Well done!

I really can't stand all the gray in all the houses now, every single renovation is done with all gray everything - including kitchens and bathrooms. To me it is depressing and looks like prison. Seems the wealthy know this, and the beautiful (to me anyway) sand colors are what they still go for.
