I like knowing the actual price. Even though 19M is unobtainable by normal means, 19M is wayyyy more obtainable than other properties on this channel. Also, knowing prices let's you put into perspective the price and quality gaps between luxury properties. There's levels to this stuff and you get to see the difference between where the rich live and the RICH rich live.

I'm noticing a trend in Beverly Hills the bigger the new built house the less garage space there is. Indeed, if I had that kind of money to spend on a house I'd expect some privacy. All these houses are too close to eachother, those little trees won't prevent hearing just about everything your neighbors are saying. And if you happen to live next to a guy who uses the outdoor barbecue on a regular basis, your entire house will smell like whatever they throw on that barbecue :)
