Used to live in Sandbanks but I moved out to settle down in LA and the UAE part-time. It’s a gorgeous area if you have the money, however it can be slightly cramped at times. However, in my view, it’s completely worth it. Great insight video 👍

Although it has a lot of square footage it felt cramped to me. Not well situated with a carpark next door and another carpark at the bottom of the patio that passes for a garden. All it will take is a few more glaciers melting and that place will be renamed Atlantis. I know the area is horribly but 2.5M+ for a semi?!? Nice tour though.

I'm 49 and every year of my life, Sandbanks is supposedly going to be swamped or an island. Just like the NHS being privatised, all these statements are myths, lies. People would gain some credibility if they stopped spreading these lies

Great tour guys, this is a really nice looking house. I'd be very happy to live there. Sadly though (as usual these days) it is MASSIVELY OVERPRICED!! Places like this will soon drop 50% in a matter of months! In my opinion this is the very TOP of the property market and a pull back has ALREADY begun! Save yourself a fortune people and wait another 6-12 months before buying anything.

Having lived in the local area I can tell you prices are generally stable. Empty pieces of land here are going for up to £3 million. What they didn't mention is the rotting seaweed pong when the tide is out along there, and the standstill traffic to the ferry. Comments are right though, here you get little for your millions, where outside of town you're looking at a 6 bedroom detached home with acres of land. How badly do you value the beach is the question.

Incase you're not paying attention to current world affairs, you might want to do a bit of research into what an ECONOMIC DEPRESSION is! Because that is what I see coming to the entire world in the next 12 months! Right now the government is talking about a RECESSION, but I think its much worse than that! We are heading into a Depression without a doubt, and believe me, In a Depression NOBODY is going to be paying £2,595,000 for a house like that!

Sandbanks is nice but some of the houses on the cliffs above are stunning. Bigger heavily wooded plots for a start. Plus there is a local architect famous for his sci fi looking houses.

great location , lovely from the exterior , but i personally was very disappointed with the interior . the price shows that . seems expensive for the people that don't know the area . but believe me that is extremely cheap for the sandbanks . thanks for the vid though .

Semi-detached, car park over the road, lots of traffic noise, cramped layout. But on the plus side, it's 'beachy'. I can think of better places to spend £2.5 million.

That house is surprisingly large inside. Proper little tardis! Stunning house throughout. The location would scare me for that much money though, global warming is going to make it unliveable at some point, and then your investment would be worthless.
