Wow wow, This is completely my cup of tea, maybe some of the furnishings I would change personally but stunning. Thai is such a beautiful yet designed house, the lighting just makes this house even more spectacularly, I love the chandelier and the kitchen is outstanding I absolutely love the marble effect on the island a very clever edition. The home is lovely just wish the stager had done it more less minimally meaning a bit more furnishings to show off the home. I like the bedroom on the main floor but wish the bathroom had been larger like that lovely big bathroom on the upper floor or close to that size. I couldn't remember the family bathroom either was it shown? did each other room have an ensuite? I would have liked to have seen more of the garden. Maybe some local amenities as well. Well done Jas and Tom :)

very nice home but could have been built much better, for 4.5 mill they should have styled rooms with better textures, tiling(bathroom) and modern interior design that lets it feel more homely but idk maybe thats how houses are built in uk ?

A very clean, yet sterile property that is very close to neighbouring property. For £4.5M I would want more privacy, outdoor space and garaging for more than 1 car. The kitchen is stunning the USP for this house. We like the media wall and fire places in the sitting area, the home office/study too. The cinema room is nice but would need to be done properly with larger screen.

I love the house, but I wish people would stick to good old grass, rather than fake, plastic garden carpet. It may look ‘clean’, but it’s awful for wildlife, retains heat and I think looks awful in my opinion!

I think this house is beautiful but i wouldn't pay 4.5 for it! The garage is way too small (probably why she didn't show it) and the house is way too close to other houses for me, and the garden is far too small. But i hope it will make whoever buys it very happy! 😊 X

A very good presenter, enthusiastic and well spoken. The house not my cup of tea. Ground floor totally unsuitable for an active dog. The interior seems harsh, lacking in softness. Why are beds always presented side on to a window? Turn them 90 degrees much better. Suit a nouveau riche couple no doubt.
