It's a nice rehab of an older home though. The flooring looks cheap but everything else looks like a nice..the flooring is coming as linoleum planks. I just watched a similar one that was much worse and almost the same price. So great job to these folks.

Hey@@makoado6010 Not sure why you say that. There are a lot of great ranch-style houses and many would argue that there are poor multi-story houses. Why do you say that single floor houses are poor?
