I really like…aspects of this house (the transitional architecture, the mix of materials, landscape), but some of the details make me scratch my head. The “fencing” throughout, lighting choices like Edison bulbs and the ugly ceiling lights that look like classroom fluorescents, the barn door on a movie theater adjacent to an atrium that spans three floors… Never been a fan of entries into one giant space design even if they tried to jazz this one up with a catwalk bridge. Also, the house is pretty well set back from Sunset so privacy isn’t bad, but good luck making a left out of here!

This is a beautiful house. I like the waterfall in the foyer, I like the living room but I would have replaced the salt wall with marble or quartz. I like the dining room with the fossilized limestone I like the master bathroom with the sofa. I like the guest bedroom Erik like. I am not a fan of farmhouse design, If I purchase this house I would have changge the design into a transitional Mediterranean and turned the A roof into a flat roof and get rid of the still beam.

ok, the rail, it's a snow fence, ewww. someone said there was a dining room. i saw the eat in kitchen and a server pass thru window, but didn't see a dining room. install a bell and call "hot food" when the soup is ready. kitchen, it's a full remodel. family room, full remodel. custom lighting would look better replaced with restoration hardware. i can't watch anymore of this. every sense is highly offended based on the asking priced. for 22.5 M, the developer needs a) his head examined, b)refunds, and c) to never do this again

There are many good things about this house, however, in my opinion, some misses. The industrial light fixtures already feel dated to me. I feel like the banister is a huge miss. It’s great that it allows light to pass through, but it also looks like storm fencing.

What a mess from start to finish, first off WHO would want to live on one of the most congested streets in LA?? traffic noise in the front will be awful, then you walk into a cage... fencing as a banister is NOT a vibe. Then to top it off, most of the finishes are from 2010- fake warehouse/ industrial, right down to the interior pivoting restaurant windows. The backyard was nice, though

I love almost everything about this! The one thing I probably wouldn't like is the reverb in the bigger spaces - mainly because of those "fences" around the staircases, which definitely allow more light to pass through the house - but they also make the rooms that much bigger with little to nothing to catch the sound from bouncing off the walls

I love the many touches in the home, but I start to get uneasy as I see so many of these luxury homes with "woods" from here, and "stone" from there....as cool as it is to have stone countertops from Sumatra with fossils in them, I think about the landscapes that get queried and how those things won't technically be in nature anymore to be enjoyed by all. Would be good for AD to feature some more luxury homes with sustainable elements for inspiration.

This house. Is. Tacky. It just is. That looks like vinal flooring or whatever on the ground floor, the pool doesn't seem to be lit, so you can't night swim.
