It’s pretty much a polo club that happens to have a mansion on it. It really leans into everything polo in the last bit of the video, yet it’s not in the title or anything. Whoever is buying this property needs to love polo first and the house second. It takes up most of the property. Not surprised it’s still on the market, because it’s so specific and hard to find a buyer for. I would also not be surprised if it ends up selling for 30-35 million.

The person who owns this is the personification of the word "decadent". I love most of the mansions on this channel, but this one is just gross.

Now I am from Florida and I know a thing or two about any furniture that is outside and I know enough to know that if you don’t constantly Use/ clean, everything becomes very dirty and becomes Bug town USA. Now think of that in terms of a bath tub which Is going to be wet or at least moist so mosquitos and other bugs will inhabit. Moral of the story Outdoor Bath is a bad Idea (in case you’re wondering pools don’t get that way cause chlorine & baths don’t have chlorine.)

Do many developers build houses like this for the purpose of creating large profit margins or are these houses usually non-investment properties, built to the specifications set by the owner for residential purposes?
