Hey Jason. Thinking of the maintenance in front if that real grass in between the squares. Love the bar. Nice butlers kitchen. Not sure about the burners. That’s unique. This is a beautiful modern design house with good front and back space. The inside layout is good, all the rooms have good height and width. Nice wrap around balcony. the living room, the kitchen, the master bedroom, master bathroom, and master closet are very beautiful. The guest house is spacious and beautiful. There is more glass in this house than wall, if this is your thing. The price of the house is reasonable.

The outside is better than the inside. I knew from the kitchen having that weird stovetop that this wouldn’t be it😂this house is definitely for someone who isn’t home often. It’s beautiful but no warmth. Not a home but a really nice office building

Great property and well-informed tour. Constructive feedback: there was a fair amount of camera shake throughout the tour, especially at the start. It looked like the camera man had some kind of stabiliser, but may be worth thinking about how to improve this for future videos.
