Love the ocean view in the back. But at 6:50 there is a TON of nearby properties. You can see into each other's homes. That blows the "if you're a celebrity, no one knows you live here" concept. For 27 million, I'd like a little more privacy.

What´s the point in having a beachfront lot when you can barely see the ocean from your balcony? The best view on the groundfloor is the view from under the balcony to your neighbors. You can´t see anything above those bushes

Beautiful modern design Miami Beach villa If this villa was mine I would eliminate the front garage, and integrate the garage in the front of the house. I will make the inside garden the front garden. Because of the elimination of the front garage the front of the house will be visible from the street.

I've watched way too many of these videos to ignore the flaws of this house. I mean for the pricepoint, the house is very small in its proportions unless it's NY luxury we're talking about. Why would they waste that lot space? Only 1 car fits in That enclosed garage and perhaps two squeezed in the covered section with all that backyard space? And an enormous pool for what? You have the beach on your backyard. I think this home flopped where it could've WON

Not worth the 26 million asking, as the place screams 2010, especially with the dated interior details... the stainless steel tiled backsplash is a dead giveaway. (An amazing location and a comfortable home with great bones... it just needs a fresh update, which the new owner can do by hiring a decorator to give it a current 2024 styling.)

Great video, but man is that house dull. It looks like an unfinished rendering. No color, no texture, lazy architectural design, and the staging does absolutely nothing to improve it. But that's just my opinion, and I'm sure to someone it's a dream home!

LMFAO.... Listed for sale in 2018 for $23,500,000 Listed for Rent for $78,000/mo during COVID Listed for Sale at $26,500,000 in early 2023 and has been on the market since then. Just dropped the price down to $25,900,000 or rent it for $125,000/mo.... Get the fuck outta here with those prices. This house is next to a tear down so expect construction for the 2-3 years when they decide to start building on it...
