Now this is a proper property. It has enough space for any future development. Meanwhile I would upgrade the interior of the house to modern standards, esp the kitchen, toilets & bathrooms. I would redo the entire house to represent a proper 21st century property. So my request & advice is to get the price slightly reduced.
