i don't know how you do it....i have watched this house in two other channels and i always get confused🤦esp hapo kwa walking closets za master bedroom but hapa you have put it so well 👏👏...this is a well sized house, but sasa why with all the spaces there are two bedrooms sharing a bathroom, wangekata kaspace kwa family room😂(this is the part always feel like kubomoa na kujenga tena😂)... nway good work peter

It is pricing and architecture. The masonry, woodwork and window casing is a go. The floor plan however is jumbled up. Bathroom tile work as is the case with most homes is where everything falls apart. Ugly colors, big square tiles, no straight lines. Finally such a house with such extensive lanai is built in the wrong location. This is a farm house built in the city and it is over priced. They will never sell.
