As someone that works in construction and I’ve been to a lot of construction sites. The housekeeping is a mess (nothing cornered off, materials laying all over the place, no allocated storage for materials and tools, the house isn’t finished but the protection has been removed from the bath, shower head, windows and glass doors, no just the edge, no scaffolding etc). Then when the house is finished the items will be damaged. Walking in any construction site like isn’t a completed building like that is a no. Bad enough that you had no PPE on but no one escorting you from the construction team. Trips and falls are the causes of most accidents on sites. You were more focused on filming. As Gifty said you should have just waited.

Wether he waited or not I won't even buy such a house even if its less than $ 450,000 at base price or when fully furnished. Could get a far better home fully furnished, with large lot size in Marbella Spain at more more than half the price of this. These estate developers can't tell us the price of per square foot house in prime area judging from the fact that mortgages are barely non existence in Ghana. All they know is just slap higher prices on non smart, eco friendly homes...

do you know the reason why they built this type of luxury houses in America or Europe is because of the quality and thickness of the window glasses and the thickness for this window glasses need to be 2 or 3 layers of glass from 24mm,26mm or 28mm thickness. for inside and outside the property and there will be a space between the glass to allow air flow and to stop heat because it can stand bad weather and human activities. how strong is the PCV Chinese Windows and I can see the thickness of the Chinese Windows is only 1 layers of glass in 5mm to 8mm thickness.

Another day, another overpriced home popping up in ghana. Even if finished its not worth 3M because homes are not priced on finishing but on comps, land and sqft + location for premium. Ghana really wants to kill us 🤣😂🥴 for 3M i should not see any air con machine floating on the walls - the fact that air con is not integrated into the ceiling has already pushed the value to 750k for meeeee 🤣😂🤣
