Your home prices are ridiculous! Pay attention to the low prices for homes in Asian countries, they want to make money only off of what people want as opposed to what they need like housing and food. Capitalism should only exploit the wants rather than the needs of people. This type of housing development is using the American model based upon Reaganomics, Adam Smith economic theory of charge all the market will bear. This model simply results at some point in no one being able to own a home, unless they're in the upper middle class or better. I think Africa would be better off following the lead of the Asian model for land development and housing, it is much more affordable why do this to your future?

You underestimated the quantity of materials and the cost of materials in my opinion. For example, 42.5 R cement is around 108gh and not 85gh. Also, most modern building assume that the place is salty or waterlogged so they raise the foundation regardless; they also include waterproofing materials etc. I don’t think $50,000 can get you this 3 bedroom building that you are showing. Well unless there’s a bit of compromise on especially the finishing imo
