@@kevsuntzu Yeah the ZVE1 has the same sensor as the A7Slll, FX3 and FX6. That's why the footage looks so good. Just added a light color grade to top it off. I've heard good things about the Ronin 4D! I've also heard DJI is potentially releasing their own mirrorless camera, that will be interesting to see. Are you a videographer based in Atlanta? 😎

@@elitevisualsllc Oh no way, that’s crazy that they fit that workhorse of a sensor into such a small form factor. I’m in love with slog-3, this would be a great B cam to have when I sell the a7s3. I’m intrigued by the DJI mirrorless camera rumors too, excited to see them keep innovating 🙌 And I’m based out of LA!

@@kevsuntzu Yeah it’s the best bang for your buck camera on the market imo. The downside is it can overheat due to no fan but since I do mostly short clips for real estate it’s not a big issue. Upgrading to the FX3 mark ii when it releases. Slog3 is a must! 😂 You should start a portfolio on your KZbin channel!

The staging needs work. The property is nice and has potential but the staging is really dated. And for a house recently built, there's no excuse for the staging to look like its 15 years old.

@@elitevisualsllc It needs to showcase character and it needs to sell that dream. In order to do that, a little bit of work needs to be done with the items you guys place in it. You don't have to spend a lot of money but you do need to make sure it adds life to the property. As of now it looks like it wasn't carefully well thought out to make this house feel like a home. As stated, you dont have to spend a lot of money but you can cleverly select the right modern items and colors to bring warmth and bring life into it. An example of small changes is the painting over the fireplace. I get that its neutral in color for potential buyers but you could purchase reprints of artworks from Jean Michel Basquiat that has lots more color to bring character and life to it. Many of the flowers around the house could be replace with giants ones (fake is fine) but maybe something large and mustard yellow color flowers. But those flowers are really small for a house that big. They should be somewhat of a center piece. Anyways I dont' want to go into too much detail but you get the point.
