Beautiful home. Guy the whole interior. I.e low ceilings, plain windows, etc. However I still the exterior ( looks like a plain box, generic fireplace.😮

You’ll need a used SUV to go to the market in that area. Or the person will end up driving to the west side. Seems like they over built in that area. Maybe if the house was $20 million.

@@21subcool not where the house is but you have to come down into the city to get anything. That area is not the best. It’s a hipster area. Not people driving around in Range Rovers.

Thanks for you comments. The area that the house is located in is a very affluent neighborhood. Some of the biggest celebs in LA live in Los Feliz Hills. This is N of Los Feliz Blvd which is a pretty exclusive area. Close to Griffith Park, The Greek Theater and the observatory. Plus the Hollywood Sign is close by.
