It is balanced right on the knife edge of legitimate class and sophistication without straying into try-hard opulence and vulgarity. It has the comfy feeling of a true HOME with the dignity and stature of a modern palace. Whoever designed this property is a master artist and this piece his magnum opus. $83 million? My heartfelt congratulations to the buyer - you have acquired a masterpiece at an incredible price. If I had unlimited funds and could choose any home in the world - this would be the one I would choose by a country mile, at any price. It's architecturally beautiful and smart, the choice of block of land it was built on is ideal, and the interior designer must be living inside my head with an unlimited budget. 100/100. This is the most visually stunning home inside and out that I have ever seen! Every corner, wall, ceiling, detail, home direction, etc has an ethereal impact. Almost nothing here is boring to look at. Not even the garage floor. Nothing says this is a cookie cutter McMansion or modern minimalism. As an architectural buff , I'm stunned this is perfectly pulled together which is high praise because so often I would find something in any home to criticize about. This is for sure my dream house, that convertible bedroom really got me, everything looks very well made and the designs looks soothing and stunning, I’d love it even more if it had a bigger backyard or a more private big don’t know what to do space but big credits to the designer and engineering team

I always watch luxury homes for sale on KZbin and this has been the most beautiful house I have ever seen! The house was so integrated with nature. It's like the whole house is a piece of art. That retractable roof in the bedroom was sooo cool. I hope it has a rain sensor. 😊

This is house excess but that's fine when it's done with this much form, function and class. Those all white futuristic glass behemoths do nothing to calm your soul, they just suck it out. This house returns energy to you. A house to restore yourself in, be creative in and comtemplative in. Never would want to leave it.

Agreed. This house feels warm...nothing like that soul-sucking empty feeling cement, brushed aluminum, and glass EVERYWHERE 'modern' style. All about the dark woods, the lighting, and the insanely well done interior decoration here. It's absolutely perfect.

This is my favorite home of all the ones I have seen. It has magic that I haven't felt or seen in other homes that are beautiful, but this one is different. I wouldnt change one thing. To the new owners I just want to say congratulations and you are blessed. Enjoy.❤
