What a beautiful house----elegant but livable and classical with a slight modern twist---The gardens are just wonderful and the location of this house and where it sits on the lot is charming---I saw this couple in Dubai with Matt and Summer---Good to see Matt's brother filling in or doing their thing---quite enjoyable

I love this house, beautifully appointed and impeccable taste throughout, it's very close to what I would do myself. As someone who is into chandeliers this house is a dream for me. I love the lighting behind the marble in the shower, I definitely will be doing that for my next bathroom. One of my houses years ago was similar to this size wise and with respect to having a third floor suite which was great until I went to sell it and had a devil of a time doing so because the person that built the house thought it was smart to build a big house with no bedroom on the main floor, plus third floor suite and not put an elevator in the house. I also like the sink in the closet, never thought of that, I have a friend that has a washer and dryer in his master closet which is a great idea but the sink, I really like that too.

2 days ago I saw a Georgian style Manor in my sleep. The Manor had like 30 bedrooms. I woke up and I've been researching on the style of the house. Learned its Georgian architecture and I've been obsessed since. Prior to that my preferred house design was modern contemporary style. So ya complete opposite and I love it

Stunning house but it needs to sit in acres of land - it feels wedged into a space too small for it. And that garden can be described as private and secluded, but I felt it was claustrophobic. The house is misplaced, I think. Otherwise, a great production as usual. Thank you

It’s nice for a modern build with its Georgian-esque architecture and interior features. I don’t like the modern furniture though, especially those awful grey “pincushion” chairs and sofas everywhere. A bit too monotone as well. Georgians used more color. Anyway, the bones here are good. I’d just swap out all the furniture for quality antique and mid-century equivalents, as well as strategically add more color to the interior. Love nearby Bath though, I know it well! Oh and the backlit marble in that bathroom is actually onyx…used for its translucency. Marble is opaque, you can’t back-light it.

I believe the 'translucent marble' is infact onyx, I've worked with onyx several times making a 15 person shower for a certain russian oligarch with a few friends it would appear that was in a silver orange onyx for a home on Martha's Vineyard...it's Heloise to work,on, needs backing removed if being lit so you don't get a gauze effect and only usually 3/4" thick so very likely to break.

It is a beautiful take on Georgian but modern for the 21st century and 2025 the year of our Lord. The gardens are compact and there is no inground pool and no sign of garage for the car. It is also very close to the church meaning the sound/noise of the bells. Great narrative and a handsome modern realtor couple. Note: Too bad it is across the pond and not here in the USA. A blessed 2025 for all.
