The Solarium does not have any security, Just large screen doors, I am not sure that is a very good idea. Beautiful home though, too unique of a layout, but the solarium does not seem safe especially if you go away on vacation for any length of time. Property tax probably 10 thousand plus and utilities now with the inflation is through the roof for this house.

I hope they're going to add a fence. It looked as though the back yard was not fenced. Imagine a house like this with 0% privacy from the neighbors.

I live around this house and we can’t have fences. Most of the homes have tree lines that act as fences but this one does not… It stands out quite a bit because of it.
