Not gonna lie, this is one of those properties that half way into watching it you're going "Yep, definitely worth the price" if only they dug one floor more for a pool, spa, gym and cinema though but then I guess we might then be looking at the £6m tag P.s I would really love to work with this man though seriously I feel I could learn so much from him as I'm a budding property developer myself

I like the house. But I have some critique towards the way you cut together the content of your video: why didn't you show all the rooms? I only saw 3,5 bedrooms of the 6 ones mentioned in this video. Why don't you show how the rooms you are talking about are connected? Often you just show yourself already standing in the room but not how you did get from one room to the other. Furthermore, why do you cut in random stuff, like the main staircases, when showing the masters bedroom? This gives more confusion than clarification about the house's layout... Hope that helps to improve your videos. All the best to you
