While I agree with you on the poor decor of this apt you also need to understand supply and demand. Property market here is much higher than the rest of the world due to limited amount of land and how precious it is. No shit you can get a castle in Europe for the same amount of money but who wanna live in a castle that’s in the middle of nowhere
