Well...you are paying $55 million on a house. Others can only spend $1 million. And THAT is already considered expensive. For me, you will fool yourself to believing that the switch is 'exquisite'. I mean, you WERE the bozo who spent $55 million. Buying the house in itself for me IS the stupid part. Or maybe I am just foolish. Because if you have $55 million to throw, just give me the $55 million. You would most definitely change my life. But that's just me.

The architecture is beautiful, however, the interiors are impersonal and uninspiring.

On the face of it this is a remarkable house. What I don’t get with houses like this that take years to design, permit and build is that the owner then sells after only 2-3 years. Almost tantamount to admitting that the design failed in some way.

In my opioin, this house doesn't worth $55 m. I also live in a 5 bedrooms but only 3 1/2 bath house in sf. My house only worth about $2.5 m to $3 m. Can someone explain to me why this house worth that much? My bathroom has steam room, marble wall to the 9 feet celling. I think my bathroom is more glamourous. Maybe I don't have the $30K coffee machine and the pools lol

the model at 0:42 is pretty cool... other than that...yaaawwnn, sure it's nice and big and stuff but all these open house designs all look the same and are getting boring. there's so much space for.....nothing, ..you can't really add anything to the room so it really seems like you have more room but you don't. definitely not worth 55million

Beautiful house with panorama view. Yours plan-map not clear in VDO. I think you should show the map all the time except when you in zoom picture area.

This is a wonderful modern design mansion on the hill of LA. I like the master bedroom with the floating bed overlooking downtown Los Angeles. I like the living room with the bifold shades. I like the black marble island kitchen with the $30,000 coffee maker. I like the Anabel statue and the big Anabel pool. I like the home office and the gym.

No property. A neighboring house a few feet away. View of the smog and commercial buildings. There are a lot better options available in Los Angeles if you have that much money to spend.
