the finishing is good ... i feel this house had a lot of wasted space that could actually be utilized to get bigger rooms and too much unnecessary window.. also please take time for viewers to see the room/house after you have gone through it i felt you were rushing through it had to pause and go back to watch again.

Wasted spaces. Extremely large dinning room but two tiny bedrooms. One has a large narrow bathroom. In 2023, no locals in Kenya can build proper kitchen cabinets. Brick cabinets are meant for grilling outside. Also they don’t include a toe kick. 🤦🏾‍♂️
