Hi How much of a problem is hailstorm there?! Every year how much of a risk and maintanence financial overhead is it?

We do get hail in Calgary so it's a wise investment to have good shingles on your roof and depending on the type of shingle you have, you can get anywhere from 15 - 20 or more years from a roof. This particular home has shingles with a 50 year warranty so the new owners will have peace of mind when it hails!
