All the prices are so crazy in Australia? Nice Video. For 4 up to 5 Million € you get so much more in Germany, Thailand, USA (Florida or Texas), Panama or other Places. And also Australia had crazy covid rules. And Airsoft are not allowed in Australia. Only Gelsoft in Queensland. Also Australia get hotter and hotter. Less drinking water and floods. And poison animals and sharks that sometimes not allowed to swim in the sea. Greetings from Germany.

I was doing landscaping a few doors up from this beautiful home and we saw 3 very big eastern brown snakes in the garden bed! I'd be very careful leaving sliding doors open to outside areas! You may(very likely) have some unwanted house guests and they will hide from you!

The only major problem with these Australian homes is lack of privacy. Fir millions if it us nit an apartment I need more land and space. The neighbors are right in top of you. One big drawback I see in these Australian homes.

Great channel but I think it would be far better to focus on brand new houses/flats up to £400k . Why? Young or old 1st time buyers /people on low incomes are the people who want to own their own property. By focusing on lower priced homes they will be able to see what the can get now instead of wasting their time dreaming about $£1million + homes.

Horrible house, style is putrid, the river it backs onto is dirty, plus it will take you a long time to get to the broadwater from there. Just because a house is big and on the water doesnt make it a great house
