I love the homes in Rwanda, very well built and completely enclosed. I am in love with the outside kitchens which means your inside kitchen remains clean. If ever I wanted to live in Africa it would be Rwanda. Question! I see many westerners who have moved to Rwanda in less than a year, but are offering land for sale $100.000.00 can a foreigner sell these properties or are they scammers
