@audeai40212 жыл бұрын
Visa is $100 upon entry for 3 months. COVID advisories are released every 14 days (look for the Tweeter account for the office of the prime minister for a more updated info). At the moment, if you are vaccinated, you just take a test upon arrival and that's all. If you are not vaccinated, you take a test and stay in a quarantine hotel until you get your results (you pay for your stay while at the hotel). A mask mandate is still being enforced.

The food might not taste as good as North American food but 1. It’s changing very quickly especially with the influx of Asian cuisine and better ingredients being available due to the constantly developing economy and 2. There’s vert little to no addiditives in the food. I got so much healthier when I moved here and I eat out almost every single night for less than I would spend on groceries in Canada. Just watch out for the carbs
@gyeboor12702 жыл бұрын
You need to get back to nature. North American food is sooooo superficial, so full of artificial GMO things! Go organic it's good for you, just what the doctor prescribed. A palate can be trained you know. In Africa chicken is natural, free not caged, forages for its own food from the environment, rarely medicated, enjoys the sunshine, allowed to mate , feeds on insects, vegetables etc, not stressed! they live a life! Delicious I tell you. For your slave chicken in north America, their suffering is transmitted to their consumers, breeds a bitterness and hate that endured in the food chain. Do not even mention it.
@jamesmwangi5632 жыл бұрын
My friend you don't know what's you are talking about...you can't compare American food and African food...African food are way much better.. American food are just junk food
@fac1fac1952 жыл бұрын
American food?! American food is high in fats, surge, salts, full of chemicals, preservatives, artificial chemicals, high cholesterol, and is making people fat, have diabetes, and sick. Besides, Mexico, Central, and South American food in the U.S. have no nutritional value unless someone makes it more healthy at home. At least in countries like Rwanda, the food is fresh with healthier ingredients.

Please explain what you mean by the quality of food is lower in Rwanda than the US? I expected the opposite!
@WillieFungo3 жыл бұрын
Yea, that's a common misconception, which is why I bring it up a lot. In Rwanda, the beef and chicken are extremely lean, stringy and almost tasteless because of low fat content. They are using a bad breed of animal and slaughtering at an advanced age. They also don't stun the animals at slaughter, which causes the meat to tense up even more. If you want decent meat, you will have to pay similar prices to the U.S., and even then it won't be as good. Some countries in west Africa have much tastier chicken and especially fruit than the U.S. But you would be hard pressed to find good beef outside of places like South Africa or Namibia, where the industry operates at an international standard.
@ghostagee52323 жыл бұрын
Beef does not encompass all foods.
@hopepray16692 жыл бұрын
@@ghostagee5232 . I disagree. The cows in Africa are fed grass. Most cows in the US are fed corn. It's not natural for cows to eat corn. Cows are supposed to eat grass. I remember when I moved from uganda to the US I found the beef had alot of fat compared to back home. Grass fed beef is healthier. And most of the food in Africa is organic. 99 percent of the food in the US is processed. Food quality is not only about beef. But even the beef in East Africa is healthier than the US.
@hopepray16692 жыл бұрын
@@ghostagee5232 . I agree. Beef doesn't encompas all foods. But even the beef and chicken in East Africa have less fat because they are less processed. It would cost an average American a fortune to eat organically in America. But organic foods are in abundance in East Africa and are cheaper. I personally prefer the lean meat because it's healthier.
@Luckyhunter-x2n2 жыл бұрын
