Oh, all the boxes are checked for all the specialized rooms and pool but it is as boring as unadorned, unsalted oatmeal for 3 meals per day. So much could have been done here. No color. No creativity. No innovative use of light. No wow factor at all. Just big monochrome monotony with no-brainer floor-to-ceiling windows and a wrap-around deck. Instead of marrying a beautiful woman dressed up for a ball, you're getting a male accountant with Asperger's syndrome who wears the same solid grey suit with matching tie, white shirt, and black shoes every day. Just quit with all the fine finishes. They are used so nothing complements or contrasts anything to accomplish any kind of aesthetically pleasing theme above a three-star hotel room. Clearly, this brick was designed on a spreadsheet to maximize profit - probably by accountants. It's another mis-zoned, corporate office building where your children will grow up to be unimaginative, self-important, entitled, unappreciative little creeps and will be glued to the metaverse because their reality is so uninspiringly dull. All the so-called architects making this garbage need to be exported to China where they will probably get imprisoned for trying to build this crap. Obviously the space and amenities are amazing. For me personally, the minimalist approach has been taken a bit too far. You gotta be phucking kidding me right? Only a rich fool would pay that much for a house that probably cost 3 million or less to build. There's a sucker every day.

Congrats to the designer for realizing that “book-matched everything” is becoming played out. That’s some class. Next up: non-floating vanities!

The lime stone finish is beautiful 😻 this is my favorite so far. Minimalist, spacious, has perfect view and cozy.

I am surprised about this house. I dont know if it is the minimalist staging, but I am underwhelmed. The house sees empty and the price tag seem excessive. It is hard to visualize the house as fun or warm. Something is just not there.

Enes, why do most modern luxury home have a full glass setup for their bathrooms..? I mean, I can understand that the view is stunning and the idea that people downtown stalking with their drones might never happened (LOL). But when we got that rich and own a house like that... we might employ some assistants to maintain the house, be it a handyman, gardener, etc... what if we took a shower / a dump and they were passing by..? isn't that gonna be awkward..?

Hi from Brazil! I love your videos! You are so polite and professional! Congrats on the good work and great team! Needless to say, the houses are astonishing! I really liked this one with minimalist details and so much natural light. And the views are incredible!

She said this home cannot be replicated but it looks almost the same as almost every other house on this channel.

Mikey's amazing filmography paired with Enes' knowledge about real estate makes for such amazing content! There is also a perfect balance between fun and seriousness in these vids :P keep up the good work!

For its size and price point I think the house lacks warmth and looks empty. It is one of the few properties on this channel that just looks uninspiring. I think the minimalist approach did not work.

By now I have watched almost all your videos, but every once in a while I still come back to this particular house tour, this is by far my favorite house of all the house tours you have done.

Do not be fooled by these lying brokers, as its price is reasonable $30m By simple calculation: 7000 m2 x work cost $5500

normally I watch these and think "this is nice but too big and pretentious for me" but if I had $88 mill lying around I could see myself happy in this house.

Now THIS is a house I would live in! I've seen so many mega mansions with flashy interior "design" and insane features, and although they are impressive I would rather prefer something like this. It's clean, sleek, yet warm and inviting - and livable. The views are great, overall 10/10 house.

Hey Enes and Mikey i love your Videos! Do you think you will be able to find such Mansions in Germany?

Another superb production! Your team hit the nail on the head with the quality of photography and expertise in editing! The walkthrough commentary by Enes is so easy to watch and flows perfectly. 30 mins go by in no time, this shows the level of viewer retention is great (in my view anyway). This property is stunning with amazing views, the finish quality is top-notch, and the stonework and the variety of natural stones used really stood out to me. Congratulations on another fantastic production! 👍

Beautiful. I love this place. Great upholstered acoustical walls in the theater. I like the downstairs master bedroom best. Gorgeous layout, details. Love all the buttery colors. Great job guys, as usual.
