It’s beautiful. Needs a lot of earnings to maintain. Must be about £20,000 or more per month just maintenance such as cleaning , gardening. Swimming etc. but nothing is impossible ❤❤❤❤

Beautiful on the outside but I think they over-customized the interior. The tile floor in the living area is nearly covered with furniture meanwhile the pool area doesn't have any tile. Still, 40 acres for $9m is a steal & I'm sure someone will snap it up.

It's nice price for huge house with pool, large rooms, many bathrooms and 40 acres plot, only one hour from the centre of London. And it's new house, so you don't need to make renovations as in usual UK houses for same price. It's really difficult to get something good like this near London.
