I find this place almost perfect-had a constant smile throughout :). My only preference would be higher ceilings in the lounge. Recently purchased two houses in Malibu, spent $23 million, and they are not only exceptional but also proving to be lucrative investments.

At the start of this video I said that no house is worth £15,000,000 but then as the tour progressed I started warming to the idea of affording (not such a house but) this house! I'll happily spend £15MiL if I had an inch to cover all costs and certainly this house is very well thought of inside and out mmwah ! Beautiful

I've seen numerous house tours from other channels but this house is clearly my favorite! I love the ambient lights, the furniture, the flor plan, the gardens and the overall look of the house. The only downside is the covered garage can only fit up to two cars only, though that motor court can fit more!

It's fair to see it like that, but I think you could park at least 2 more cars in the driveway, whitout making it unfunctional. Also I believe that the person who would buy that house certainly have other properties, in wich they could store some other cars.

The finish on this house is another level. The small details are huge. The underground entertainment area is something else!!! If I had to change anthing, it would be the red brick to the front of the house. It doesn't match the rest of the property's vibe. But I just love the rest!!

Enjoyed the home, it truly is stunning, however I'd recommend learning a few more descriptive words instead of saying everything is cool or awesome. You really didn't do the house justice.

Really nice and grand attention to detail in both the garden and the house. Grand, wide-open spaces, a functional, yet, a somewhat labyrinthine layout that purposely leaves parts obscure, perhaps, for privacy, but also a touch of mystique, to provide depth to the layout. Elegant and varied interiors. I would like to have the interior varied, so it never looks passe, but it has to be done subtly and not too starkly, so it doesn't come across as discordant and gaudy. I like blends of beige, champagne, cream, white, ash and grey concrete, tile-work or marble, woodwork and metal-work (bronze, copper and stainless steel) and lots of glass-work, provided the home is adequately large, so the transitions aren't stark or discordant in adjacent spaces and rooms, but gradual across different sections of the home. Granite and marble are glossy, limestone is not glossy, but it isn't strong, whereas other stones can't be colored, so I wonder if colored concrete is the best option, unless gloss is what's desired in more formal spaces An interesting and soothing play of interior and outdoor lighting. I like both the wooden and stone sections in garden. The soil/dust from the garden is insulated with extensive stone-work, concrete-work, and wood-work to keep it out of home, so when part of the home are opened up as gazebos, they're neither filled with dust nor with insects and bugs. The bar stools and the purple billiards table are too flimsy and effeminate for my palate, but the rest of it is quite nice. Nothing extraordinary about the structure, and the large glass is wasted on the staircase, when it should've been on the lounge or an office/library, but, then, nothing is perfect. I neither like wood nor plain concrete exteriors, so I wonder if a stone or concrete exterior designed to simulate large blocks of stone would be refreshing and grand. I would want a larger outdoor area for my children to play, preferably on the banks of Thames.

Externally the building is pretty standard. The best part about this house are its gardens. The location is OK if you are coming from outside London but there are nicer areas closer to London. One of my pet hates is making the kitchen look like bedroom furniture because it offends the rich lordy type people if it to looks like a working kitchen that's going to provide them food to survive and not drop dead.
