You never did justice to this property interms of the all coners!.....you even spoke about the multiple garage but you pass an area that looks just like a generator room!...you only said there was cameras but you never pointed it for all the viewers to see.i see you were a bit anxious to get inside base on the luxury inside this house.

This is definitely the best property I've seen showcased on this channel and in my top 5 best piece of residential real estate I've seen for sale in Jamaica. Really beautiful. A lot of the homes in these upscale areas have a Old fashioned interior look that would have to be renovated when purchased. But this house already has a gorgeous, modern looking interior. Incredible yard space, beautiful gate entrance. This property is a 10/10 in my book. Only thing that could have made this house more perfect was if it had a view. If only I could afford it though.

This property is worth every penny.. This house is owned by someone who travels worldwide the decor tells you alot.. the colours are so very subtle with elegant furnishings.. The finish is superb.. It tells you alot about the individual style, taste and attention to details. Jamaica take a leaf out of this book.. This is how a home from home should look.. It's worth every penny..

This house is absolutely beautiful, the design is tastefully done, well aerated with a lot of natural lighting in majority of the rooms. Modern features, beautiful landscaping. I didn’t care for the master suite furniture placement it was a bit awkward and bedroom set didn’t look good otherwise a wonderful property, thank you for searching. Can’t say much about the price because you get all of this gem of landscape all private to you, no sharing, no common area all in a upscale neighborhood. Arguably One of the best properties I have seen featured

I agree! It's expensive, but totally worth the money when you see what smaller houses with basic features cost. The house and property are large and spacious. The closets are to die for; the kitchen is just the right size, the living areas are spacious; that room with the loft is so cute and unexpected. The back view of the house is even lovelier than the front of the house. and that pool house, the only thing missing is a kitchenette in the pool house.

Thanks for featuring this home in upper Saint Andrew, Norbrook. A quality property that might have been featured to better effect for 1.7 million US dollars: Before the cameraman and presenter showed up, a gardener and handyman should have removed the dry limbs of palm trees from the grounds, also the inside of the property's wall should have been painted. It undermines your property to start with such obvious needs in clear view.

Really stunning property, loved the decor and those fixtures. Love, love the staircase and that chandelier for the staircase…stunning. Really loved that open space at the top of the stairs and talk about a master bedroom suite..😍😍😍😍😍😍. My only issue was the size of the other bedrooms and bathrooms, could have been bigger, but not a deal breaker.

This a better-looking house than 95% of the new houses I see them building. Hambani Estate nearby US Embassy is for $2M. This house is far better looking and is worth the asking price. I really don't say that about Real Estate in Jamaica.

Right on of all the houses of seen on the net in Jamaica for millions this is the only one i would buy. I know that street well too. The colors are personal yet neutral that makes the house bright and the i wouldn't change. Worth every penny of the 1.7 million the owners are well travelled. Great flow and lay out.
