What I observed is the freaking mud pit across all the properties if you buy a 300 plus thousand house in the USA it is ready to move in that includes proper lawn with grass not mud pit is their are any one that knows how to design Lawn in Jamaica if any real estate introduce a house with a shitty lawn like that in the USA it better be a fixer upper at a reduced price

Beautiful house but I would only keep the master bedroom furnishings.All those little short curtains, would have to go and it needs new paint on the inside.They should take off about 150000 to remodel the house.

WOW!It’s Magnificent!I love the kitchen,dining table, the master bedroom and the list goes on.The only thing I didn’t like,is the small bed for the helper.

I saw the location, the land space, the lush well manicured lawn, then Keida went into the house and it went downhill from there. That’s a demolition and rebuild property.
