Beautiful views ,however nothing beats ocean views in a fancy property like this majestic house. The awnings give out a dark vibe or old fashioned…. Colonial feel to it . Good presentation.

Wow I got goose bumps looking at this house and neighborhood. Mandeville has always been at the pinnacle of Jamaica’s real estate and it hasn’t changed. Lot of house and neighborhood for the price.

These are important questions for a financial planner. I met mine at a summit, and with her assistance, my wife and I reallocate our $1.7 million assets between a regular IRA and a brokerage account. She has been handling the investment with our agreement and has helped us recover twice as much as we lost. Currently holding steady and gently navigating the market

Great job in your presentation. That color scheme on the outside is wild. All those tiles - i am a wood person. I like to walk barefoot. Elevator - fit u hafi fit 🙂. US $450K. Additional renovations to my specs $100K, Furniture - $100 K. All in about $700K. Hmm! Think i will stay in the country.

Comment section on a real estate page from Jamaica full a Jamaicans living overseas complaining bout price 😩. Can complain all you want about the price people buying it and not only foreigners. Have lots of Jamaicans with legal money purchasing properties.

Nice property and dwelling, however those closets are far too small for such a large space. The closets should be 3 times the existing sizes. They should have been more than just one walk-in closet.
