It's simple once you know it, when you live in a huge house you don't want to walk 10 minutes to your bathroom when you want to depending on where you are in the house. The other reason is when the owner hosts parties or entertains lots of guests at the same time. I spent $15m on a home similar to this one and the ROI is insanely great.

I watch lots of these videos, and Jason is by far the best, most genuine, most charming, and fun to watch. Interestingly, lots of these high-end real-estate KZbinrs keep the camera on themselves, but Jason's videos focus on the property, making it about the property not himself.

Chateau Beach Residence. Great penthouse, location and views. Value great among Sunny Isles penthouses. My #2 choice among them since I learned Turnberry will be blocked soon on the south side as it is blocked by Porsche on the north side.
