Love that! I can see something like that working for people selling their home and using the down to cover the bulk of the purchase... Renting out the little house and paying off the remainder within 10 years... 👍 The only downside is if we have a bunch of these built everywhere then the supply may exceed the demand and rents would go down and many would sit vacant. Air BNB's are getting more and more restrictive as neighbors don't want basically a motel next to them. 😊 Who is the builder and where is it located? I think I would love to put an AUD on my lot. I would use it as an art studio/guest room...
