Nice house,despite the highly priced house, rather unfortunately no Balcony, despite the very hot weather in Ghana, also no stand by Generator, despite the frequent eletricity power cuts in Ghana .very very Bad of the developers. Please take note of Balcony for all the rooms for future projects... For the same house same price, Nigerian Developers are providing houses with elevator/ life, Dont forget the Master/ Owner of the house can be tomorrow due to car accident/ sickness get disable or due to old age will not have the strength to climb stair case..Thanks

You do have a point. That is why I decided to go for bungalow most times than duplex.. I always think about getting old and still be able to function very well within my forever home. But in saying that; the owners can add stair lift on the stairs when such times comes.

Every price is highly priced for every item or product till it meets a buyer’s expectations & it’s off the market. The comparison of Ghana & Nigeria , please & please I have travelled and toured homes in Lagos, the factors to be considered are different. The issue with our industry in ghana , cuts across government, infrastructure, demand and supply , the taste of buyers. Etc. buying of high rise homes didn’t start today & old age is part of life. So you have an opportunity to decide what you want to buy.

Beautiful and modern. ❤ My problem is will water ever flow to fill that bathtub on the second floor? As others suggest the master bedroom should at least be on the first floor. The stairs don't have any way of holding onto....consider...... is old people that have the money and want to retire in style. Just a heads up, but yes good workmanship. 👍 ❤

If I may kindly suggest...I have noticed to my dismay, that these homes have small small yards.. especially for us Americans that will be bringing our dogs with us. For example, here in California, dogs are a big deal and live lavish lifestyles lol... so It may behoove a developer to keep that in mind. A person like myself and most friends of mine from LA will only buy in pet friendly establishments. Your pool area is so tight! small kitchen and no garage to store our vehicles! if there were an increased lot size/ yard by 400% ...it would be more synonymous with what we have now. Otherwise, nice home and God Bless what you are doing. I would buy from you based on your positive attitude and professionalism alone. Thank you for your video! I dont like this house. I think the facade of the house have not beign worked because its just 2 vertical blocks of glass. The facade does not transmit a message, it seems like no efforts have beign made on the design of the house. 3/10
