Lovely. In the UK, swimming-pools seem to drag property prices down. Would I be right in thinking that in the south of France the reverse is true?

That’s funny to compare the south of France to anywhere in the united kingdom…but to compare it to Beverly Hills, Mount Olympus, Hollywood Hills, BrentWood,Holmby Hills, Bel Air, Malibu that would be on point! And any property of this size it would be excepted to have an in ground swimming pool. This pool would meet the bare minimum requirements.
