The building is a true masterpiece and the floorplan of this penthouse is spectacular. The track lighting everywhere was a complete buzz kill for it kind of reminded me of my first condo some 25 years ago. I would definitely pass on the furnishing and personally hire Pierre-Yves Rochon "PYR" to do the interior design. Piece of professional advice Jonathan, respect the privacy and the security of the tenants, and also maybe tone it down a bit, for this is a trophy penthouse that you are showing and not some regular run of the mill condo..

Well even if I would be very rich I won't spend my money to live a crazy hot place like downtown Miami where you have to deal with traffic all the time surrounded by homeless people around and panhandles.come on people don't be fooled and blinded by fake markets properties advertising .you could get the luxury anywhere if you feel good and comfortable with yourself.i would prefer spend my money buying a mansion in a private island.i don't like the idea of riding elevators every single hour.come on people think a single minute of reflection before you make any decision and not wait later to say I regret it.miami is a banana boat city overcrowded expensive and be careful with the fools on wheels without no driver license and drugs dealers.
