Curious to what the median price is in this area? Surprised to see wire shelving in all the closets and not even 42 inch cabinets in the kitchen with such high ceilings?? The floor plan was interesting. However, lots of wasted square footage in my opinion. Also for Miami I was surprised not to see a screened in porch with that canal in the backyard. Mosquitoes??
