Amature hour. .. The property site is atrocious .... Lemme guess; forced air heating with A/C sharing the floor air ducts. .. Returns? .. We don't need no stinking returns... simply utilize the stud wall cavity. .. What a shame. ..

The finishes and fixtures appear to be high-end, but the decor and layout is highoy eclectic - presumably custom for the current owner. This is going to make resale very difficult as the home is expensive and will have a limited market. For example, who wants a door handle shaped like a hand? The front door entrance is very weird as, when you enter, you're staring at the back of a couple of large shelving units that partially obscure the open interior and exterior view. Homes in this price range needs a wow factor when you enter. I also didn't see a pantry (I'm sure that there must be one), a second island, or a scullary, which would be typical in this price range. The home seems to be a non-cohesive blend of eastern and western arciture.The exterior is industrial/modern, but it conflicts not only with the environment, but doesn't match any of the style of any of the neighboring homes. The golf simulator was certainly impressive, but it isn't a viable theater room.The wine cellar and indoor pistol range were well done, but the scale of the home seems off - a long/narrow/disjointed layout with long hallways, which doesn't create an ideal flow. The area dedicated to the attached guest house is vast and, with a more neutral color pallet and decorative style, often more appealing than the main house. I still gave the video a thumbs up as there was clearly a lot of work that went into the making of the video.

The worst design in all of these modern large homes is the television of the fireplace.... literally have to sit there and stare up like you're in the first row in a movie theater and it's the dumbest thing ever

You first June 1 can you realize that we are June 1 so far into the year as I am excelling this year in this world pretty soon, but I still have these visions of dreams these beautiful homes and this is a fabulous home in Utah full of energy. It’s perfect. Talk to bottom from entrance to the exit of the property is truly beautiful.👑

As far by my favorite home in Utah, just the way it is but change anything to it. Just add a little touches make it personally yours but just imagine taking a little walk throughout the day you know how you walk walk around the neighborhood. Enjoy the weather the snow Fresh mountain air and then go back inside and cook something beautiful to eat this. Enjoy the peace this has to offer everything you need. 👑💯
