Inside a Florida POOL HOME for $485,000!!!

This is a really nice home Richard! I do agree with the comment that its overpriced. I love the backyard being fenced in with mature 🌳 tree, the lovely pool, and Florida room...and with AC and fans at that. The home is move in ready, nice flooring.. no carpet which is a plus. All very neat and updated. As you said, the kitchen is quite small but nicely done. I also love all the natural light this home has! Did I miss the laundry room? My one petty major annoyance is that builders will think to do a tub in 2nd bath, but not have the foresight to put one in master...especially when asking $485000. As you can tell, Im pretty adamant about wanting a soaker tub in the master bath. 😁 Overall, a very nice place to call home!

Hey Richard I like this home, But not a Fan of Swimming Pools. Not a Fan of Laundry Room in the Garage. Needs Green Turf in the backyard. The Kitchen is WAY too Small for them asking $485,000 is MUCH to HIGH, More like $435,000 , But overall it's a Nice looking Home. Rate 8 1/8.
