Richard, How in the world did the city allowed the builders renovate without a back door. That's a Fire Safety. I wouldn't be interested in a property like this. They have many bedrooms and bathrooms but no backdoor. In the laundry room, The washer and dryer should have been side by side. Some of the bedrooms are very small. Rate 2.

Hey Richard, I'm going to be Honest. This Home is not worth $550,000 there are too many things wrong with this House. It needs Carpeting and Tile through out. White appliances is a NO, NO. I Do like the Kitchen Cabinets and that's it. Surprised to see a Furnace Upstairs in the Primary Bedroom, Which I have Never, Ever Heard Of. It's a Big Place with a Swimming Pool. The Price that they should be asking for $325,000-$350,000 and that's it. Rate 2.

Hey Richard, The house was Okay, There are too many Bushes as you approach the Front Entrance. The Primary Bedroom/ Bathroom is way to small. It needs Epoxy Flooring in the Garage. Definitely needs Green Turf Maintenance Front/ Backyard. The White Appliances are a Big turn off. Too many trees in the he backyard no $499,900 Way., Way to Steep. They should be asking $390,900 which is the ball park figure, Great Video Richard.

Almost $400.00 per month for Taxes is just beyond absurd. I will say though, this is a beautiful home, and I LOVE this design. Really love how it's not just a wide open box. Never been a fan of the open concept, so this is perfect!
