I used to work in a food microbiology laboratory; if I ever had handled fresh samples on an open bench top without a hairnet, face mask or with bare hands or rolled up sleeves like in this video, I probably would have been fired LOL

QC technicians at a food plant are possible the lowest paid worker there is. They work hard, do extra chores and have no scope for growth. Some factories don’t even perform the tests accurately as there are a few QC technicians and huge amount of samples to be tested, in a day.
