All respect to Africa, But I think Kenya is one of the most advanced in building in Africa. All details are 100% of the hook. Concerning the price I think I would rather build apartments for the same amount, I would get more out of it then the house itself. I am talking as Investor. Just for living is very beautiful house, but I think they should be more land, it looks like its residential aria with small plot size. For Africa, you should be able to get more for this price, Swimming poor, Tennis court, nice large garden and so on.

I love most of stuff for this house But the windows they put in kenya is like they use in my country north macedonia or albania 20 years ago And some of floor and doors like 15 years Ago Bathroom ceiling and walls are just like my country modern way Love it

The design appears to be an odd combination. The beautiful exterior looks like a French Chateau, however, the interior looks very mid-century modern. At $1,200,000 USD, in Kenya, I would also expect a pool or elevator in a 3 story house. Based on the design of the exterior, I was anticipating a grand entry foyer, and was very underwhelmed. Also, the fit and finishes do not reflect the asking price, no real marble? Overall, it is still a very nice home, just not worth the asking price.

first of all the outside is so so poor...i expected to see marbel tiles all over from the gate ...but I still see brown soil outside.. Very beautiful. As Kenyan having made a successful fortune in US and Canada, living in luxury with my entrepreneurial children in N.America , I will definitely pass corrupt Kenya which may one day produce an Idi Amin. With Kenya’s burgeoning African population, many fleeing to the West, because of lack of opportunities, there can easily be mass unrest as wealth is amassed by likes of corrupt Kenyatta and Moi like progenies. When ordinary Kenyan can’t share the wealth, it’s like a volcano ready to explode. Wonder what will happen to all there Kenyan castles when hunger stirs insurrections.
