Kenya is really doing nicely with apartments. It's the villas that are overlying modernistic (too much glass and straight walls)

I agree. I'm not a huge fan of modern-style homes for this reason. They oftentimes feel cold and sterile. I would like to see developers focus more on designing homes with warmth and coziness.
