27M honestly... at least they could throw in some screening for the sliding windows. Also, paying that amount to live in an estate with your best view being the architectural monotony of your own home is unfortunate. To utilize the potential for such a home, Nanyuki would be the ideal location for viewing the open mountainous landscape and use the roof top to install some dual 8-inch Rowe-Ackermann Schmidt Astrograph telescopes with ASI deep space cameras for astrophotograpy.
