It's a great, well-thought-out masterpiece. However, my only issue is that the main living area is not disability or old-age proof. Those stairs, like from the dining room to the sunken living room are a bit too steep. I understand the developer played around with the layout to meet the demands of the terrain. Good job boys!

You make great video's. The person who built the home, missed an opportunity with the master bedroom balcony, It is too small. That would have been a huge selling point, to be able to host people there with those views, safely would sell the home

The house has a killer view. You did a good job on the house tour. Few things from my side I think they could have done better; from the car parking the entrance to the house could do better coz looks like going through a back door. A perimeter wall could do better for security purposes.
