I moved from California to Florida in 2016. I meet a lot of snowbirds during the winter, I have yet to meet a California snow bird. Winters in California are glorious as well. Most of the Californians I meet have moved permanently to Florida to escape California problems. Beautiful property, thanks for the tour.

nice video.....prices have doubled in some of these West Boca communities in just a few years. Friend of my wife paid 1.1M for a house out there in 2020 (not Lotus). Could get 2.7M for it tomorrow. That is out of control. The HOA is $1,500 per month. Property tax are through the roof.....they don't even bother to insure it (they are wealthy enough not to sweat it and they don't have a mortgage). Parkland, south of West Boca is also very beautiful but has that one drawback.....we know about that H _ _ X (I do)
