The video has NOT been filmed properly. Cannot understand the layout of the apartment since the video keeps cutting to different rooms & doesn't show the layout i.e. where each room is. Buyers have no interest in interiors, just the layout and size of rooms, one of which hasn't been properly demonstrated in this video.
