Flat is good. Reasonable sized rooms, good finishes. Has paid attention to details. I think the major concern for buyers is the surroundings which are like Dharavi. The approval for this property was stuck for a long time, Will a buyer ever sleep peacefully after putting so much money in a property of this category. Bombay has way too many problems with Titles, Quality of Construction, Leakages and completion of projects. Even buying a fully ready flat has its vulnerabilities as many people have discovered after dealing with builders like Lodha.
